Bowlero initiates quarterly dividend program of 5.5 per share

Bowlero approved the initiation of a quarterly dividend program. The company’s board declared an initial quarterly cash dividend of 5.5c per share of common stock for Q3 of fiscal 2024. The dividend will be payable on March 8, to stockholders of record on February 23. The company intends to pay a cash dividend on a quarterly basis going forward, subject to market conditions.
