BowFlex is adjusting full year fiscal 2024 guidance. The Company now expects full year royalty revenue to be $1.1 million, compared to previous guidance of $1.8 million. The Company now expects full year Adjusted EBITDA loss of between $15 million to $25 million, compared to previous guidance of $15 million loss to break-even. The Company now expects to cross 650,000 JRNY(R) Members by March 31, 2024, compared to previous guidance of targeting 625,000 JRNY(R) Members by March 31, 2024.
