Boeing has indicated to suppliers that plans to speed up output of its 737 narrowbody jetliner will move roughly two months more slowly than originally expected, Reuters’ Valerie Insinna reports, citing two people with knowledge of the matter. The company now anticipates producing 42 of its 737 aircraft per month beginning in February 2024, the author says, citing a new master schedule that Boeing briefed to its suppliers over the past week.
