Boeing (BA) has named former Ford (F) executive Alvin Liu to head its China unit, The Wall Street Journal’s Rachel Liang reports. Liu, who heads Boeing’s team handling relations with the Chinese government and was named acting China president in July, succeeds Sherry Carbary, who is retiring after a career of more than three decades at the company.
