Robin Vince, President and CEO, commented, "BNY Mellon delivered solid results in the first quarter. Revenue of $4.4 billion was up 11% year-over-year, we closely managed expenses, up 3% year-over-year, and we generated a healthy return on tangible common equity of 20%. Our Tier 1 leverage ratio as well as our liquidity coverage ratio remained strong and unchanged compared to the prior quarter at 5.8% and 118%, respectively."
