The Bureau of Labor Stats has recalled its staff to compile September CPI inflation data, and the report is expected to be released by the end of the month, Bloomberg’s Molly Smith reports, citing a Labor Department official familiar with the matter. The agency was directed by the White House to compile the data, the report states.
