Barclays analyst Jeffrey Bernstein raised the firm’s price target on Bloomin’ Brands to $32 from $31 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares. The company reported a Q4 beat on earnings but missed on the comp, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Importantly, comps improved through Q4, and excluding the inclement weather to start Q1, comps have sustained momentum, says the firm.
