Blackstone (BX) and TPG (TPG) are among suitors vying for Standish Management in a deal that may value the company at as much as $1.7B, Pablo Mayo Cerqueiro and Amy-Jo Crowley of Reuters reported, citing two people familiar with the matter. Standish Management, a service provider to the buyout industry, has reportedly been attempting to bring in a private equity firm. Thomas H. Lee Partners has also been linked to a potential deal with the company, according to a source.
