Shares of Bird Global are up 60c, or 85%, to $1.30 after the company announced it has acquired shared electric bike and scooter operator Skinny Labs, doing business as Spin, from Berlin-based TIER Mobility and said the transaction is expected to be immediately accretive to earnings.
