Piper Sandler lowered the firm’s price target on Beyond to $26 from $27 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. The Q1 Furniture Retailer survey completed in partnership with the Home Furnishings Association saw demand at -2.6% and -4% – a slight improvement from Q4. The quarter was hindered by a weak January, but written sales were positive year-over-year for both February and March, the firm notes. Retailers expect this positive trend to continue with Q2 written sales forecasted at flat/+2% on a mean/median basis.
