Beyond Meat unable to file Form 10-K by deadline due to ‘technical difficulties’

In a regulatory filing, Beyond Meat said that it was unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023 by the prescribed deadline of 5:30 p.m. on February 29, 2024 due to technical difficulties in assembling the submission for filing. The company expects to file the Form 10-K as soon as possible, but no later than March 15, 2024, the fifteenth calendar day following the prescribed due date of the Form 10-K.
