The Company is also reiterating its outlook for fiscal 2023 adjusted EBITDA margin of 18% to 20% and its fiscal 2025 long-range outlook of $600 million to $700 million net sales and 25% to 30% adjusted EBITDA margin originally announced at its 2022 Investor Day. The Company also expects fiscal 2023 gross margin to exceed fiscal 2022 gross margin, driven by gross margin expansion in the second half of 2023. "
