Beacon announces acquisition of General Siding Supply

Beacon announced that it has completed the acquisition of General Siding Supply headquartered at its Omaha, NE branch, with four additional branches located in Lincoln, NE, Grand Island, NE, Sioux City, IA and West Fargo, ND. “This acquisition deepens our complementary building product offering and adds branch locations that expand our branch network in key markets. The Spanheimer family’s business has a long-standing reputation as siding specialists with unparalleled technical knowledge and service reliability. Beacon has completed three acquisitions adding twelve branches and signed a purchase agreement for a fourth acquisition to date in 2024. In addition, five new locations have opened this year.
