Barclays analyst Kannan Venkateshwar lowered the firm’s price target on BCE to $47 from $48 and keeps an Equal Weight rating on the shares. The analyst says while "some tactical reversal" of the long telecom, short cable trade in the short-term is possible, upside for cable "is likely to be capped given broader business model questions."
