Citi analyst Ygal Arounian raised the firm’s price target on Bark to $1.40 from $1.20 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares post the fiscal Q3 report. While growth in the absolute is still facing some headwinds, Bark saw meaningful improvement in its direct-ton-consumer business after a difficult Q2, driven by a strong holiday season and its strongest customer acquisition quarter in two years, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm says the company’s path to fiscal 2025 profitability remains on track.
