Piper Sandler lowered the firm’s price target on BancFirst to $79 from $82 and keeps an Underweight rating on the shares. The firm notes BancFirst continued to generate top tier earnings in Q3 with 2% PPNR upside driven by stronger core fee income and greater net interest income resiliency. BancFirst also maintained an enviable excess liquidity position as deposit levels stabilized.
