Wedbush analyst David Chiaverini raised the firm’s price target on Axos Financial to $48 from $42 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. The firm notes Axos reported a solid quarter highlighted by bet interest income upside compared to its prior forecasts. Despite the strong pace of growth in the quarter, management is confident that it should be able to grow earning assets with limited funding cost increases, the firm adds.
