BofA raised the firm’s price target on Assurant to $215 from $205 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The company’s Q4 earnings beat was primarily concentrated in the Global Housing segment and a lower tax rate, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Global Lifestyle results were close to the firm’s forecast, but they modestly missed on expenses, excluding the boost from investment income, the firm added.
