Piper Sandler analyst Alexander Potter lowered the firm’s price target on Aspen Aerogels to $24 from $33 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares. The analyst cites increased share count for the target drop following last week’s Q4 results. Aspen is a "rare example of a smid-cap battery stock that warrants serious investor consideration," the analyst tells investors in a research note. Piper’s long-term revenue expectations are now higher, with peak annual revenue of $7B-plus at the end of its forecast period.
