ASML said that while the current macro environment creates near-term uncertainties, it expects longer-term demand and capacity showing "healthy growth." The company plans to increase annual capacity to 90 EUV and 600 DUV systems in 2025-2026, while also ramping High-NA EUV capacity to 20 systems in 2027-2028. "Based on different market scenarios," ASML expects a "substantial growth opportunity" to achieve: 2025 annual revenue between approximately EUR 30B and EUR 40B with a gross margin between approximately 54% and 56%; 2030 annual revenue between approximately EUR 44B and EUR 60B with a gross margin between approximately 56% and 60%.
