"Fourth quarter revenues of $1.2 billion surpassed our expectations for the quarter, improving 9.2 percent as compared to the prior-year period. This strong performance resulted in record revenues of $4.6 billion for the full year, up 14.3 percent as compared to 2021. Adjusted EBITDA of $559.4 million was up 15.8 percent year-over-year."
