Arq recognizes EPA’s first-ever definitive PFAS regulations

Arq recognizes the announcement issued on April 10, 2024 by the Environmental Protection Agency, EPA, confirming its latest regulations aimed to address contamination by certain per- and poly-fluorinated alkyl substances in drinking water. “The topic of PFAS regulations has been well discussed. Yesterday’s announcement by the EPA makes these regulations official.
