ArcelorMittal (MT) is weighing a potential bid for U.S. Steel (X), Reuters’ Greg Roumeliotis and Emma-Victoria Farr report. According to sources, ArcelorMittal is discussing a potential offer with investment bankers and there is no certainty that it will move forward. Cleveland-Cliffs (CLF) and Esmark previously offered to buy U.S. Steel for more than $7B.
