Northland analyst Mike Grondahl initiated coverage of Appreciate with an Outperform rating and $3.50 price target. Appreciate operates an end-to-end Single-Family Rental, or SFR, management and marketplace platform and the firm believes it is well-positioned in the PropTech space with an emphasis on single-family rentals, a proprietary technology stack and an experienced management team.
