Apple representatives met with the U.S. Department of Justice last week in one last effort to persuade the DOJ not to file an antitrust lawsuit against the iPhone maker, Bloomberg’s Leah Nylen reports, citing people familiar with the matter. The tech giant and its lawyers spoke with Assistant AG Jonathan Kanter, who will make a final decision on whether to file the suit, the author notes.
