Apple has filed a pre-motion letter aiming to dismiss an antitrust case that the U.S. Justice Department levied against the iPhone maker two months ago, MacRumors’ Juli Clover reports. In the pre-motion letter, the tech giant said the DOJ’s suit is flawed in a number of ways, and has not successfully claimed that the company is a monopoly power in the relevant market, proven anticompetitive conduct, or demonstrated harm to consumers, the author notes.
