The U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Washington, D.C. has revived a U.S. Consumer Financial Protection Bureau rule overseeing how providers of digital wallets disclose commonly used fees to prepaid customers, Reuters’ Jonathan Stempel reports. The court dismissed an argument by PayPal that the CFPB abused its authority by making fee disclosures mandatory as opposed to optional, Stempel says. Reference Link
