Ametek increases dividend 12% to 28c

Ametek announced its Board of Directors has approved a 12% increase in its quarterly cash dividend on common stock to 28c per share from 25c per share. The dividend is payable on March 28, 2024 to shareholders of record as of March 8. This dividend increase will raise the indicated annual rate to $1.12 per share.
