Americas Technology Acquisition Corp. announced late on Friday that ATA and Rally Communitas, a Mass Mobility as a Service company, have mutually agreed to terminate the previously announced agreement and plan of merger between ATA and Rally. Termination of the merger agreement has been approved by the board of directors of both ATA and Rally.
