BMO Capital analyst Ari Klein raised the firm’s price target on American Tower to $230 from $220 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. Data centers remain favorably positioned with Q3 results reinforcing the sector’s strong demand and pricing dynamics whereas tower earnings were more mixed, the firm says. American Tower remains the firm’s top pick, with sector-leading growth from 2024-2026 bolstered by a diverse international portfolio augmented by its data center business, less churn drag versus peers and an improving balance sheet, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
