RBC Capital analyst Jonathan Atkin raised the firm’s price target on American Tower to $204 from $193 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The company’s Q3 results were “strong”, while its raised guidance refkects outperformance and timing of regional churn, the analyst tells investors in a research note. American Tower management reiterated its commitment to a 10% dividend growth rate but noted a temporary deviation in 2024, when it expects the DPS to be relatively flat before resuming growth in 2025, RBC added.
