American Resources sets record date of March 6 for special dividend

American Resources has set a record and ex-dividend date to distribute a majority of the shares it holds in Novusterra Inc. via a special dividend to its underlying shareholders of record. It is anticipated that American Resources Corporation will own less than 10% of Novusterra Inc. common shares outstanding as of the date of this announcement after the special dividend. Shareholders who hold shares of American Resources Corporation common stock as of the close of business on the Record Date and through the end of stock market trading on March 6, 2024, and shareholders who purchase shares of American Resources common stock in the market and hold such purchased shares through the end of stock market trading on March 6th, 2024, will be eligible to receive the pro rata special dividend. Those who purchase American Resources Corporation shares after March 6, 2024 will not be eligible to receive the special dividend. American Resources Corporation has scheduled the special dividend to eligible stockholders to be distributed on March 14, 2024.
