Amazon (AMZN) has reached a deal with Snap (SNAP) that will let people buy Amazon products directly from ads on the Snapchat app, The Information’s Sylvia Varnham O’Regan and Theo Wayt report. An Amazon spokesperson confirmed the deal. According to the report, the deal is similar to an ad partnership announced last week between Amazon and Meta (META), which lets people buy products through Amazon ads on Instagram and Facebook without leaving those apps.
