Amazon lost an EU legal bid to delay complying with Digital Services Act rules on making its online ad library publicly available, after a judge rejected Amazon’s request, Politico’s Clothilde Goujard reports. Court of Justice Vice President Lars Bay Larsen rejected the company’s request to suspend the DSA until its main legal challenge had been ruled on, saying this would delay the effect of the law “potentially for several years,” risking efforts to make online platforms safer, according to the report. Amazon said it is “disappointed with this decision.”
