The first 27 satellites part of Amazon’s Kuiper broadband internet constellation were launch into space, starting the long-delayed deployment of an internet-from-space network that is intended to rival SpaceX’s Starlink, Joey Roulette of Reuters reports. These satellites are the first of 3,236 Amazon plans to send into low-Earth orbit for the project.
