Amazon shareholders rejected all outside shareholder resolutions at its annual meeting, but approved the reelection of 12 directors and proposed executive compensation, Reuters’ Greg Bensinger reports. Among the eight proposals this year were a proposal that would have required additional reporting on Amazon’s overall carbon emissions and another targeting the climate impact of data centers.
