Stephens raised the firm’s price target on Ally Financial to $44 from $39 and keeps an Equal Weight rating on the shares. Ally’s update for 4% NIM by Q2 of FY25 “was a surprise to the market,” but something the firm had contemplated in its 2024 Preview note, says the analyst, who came away from Ally’s Q4 earnings “net-positive but with mixed views.”
