Odeon Capital initiated coverage of Ally Financial with a Sell rating and $25 price target. The firm says its rating is not due to any questions concerning the management team, which “appears to be high quality and prepared for a downturn in its business cycle,” but tells investors that its “problem is with the business” as it contends that “if the consumer is not thriving, this bank cannot thrive.”
