Alliance Global Partners dropped coverage of Chicken Soup for the Soul citing the company’s lack of cash flow, liquidity and debt load. With about $4M of cash and about $531M of debt, Chicken Soup’s funding will remain challenging, says the firm, which believes the company will have trouble acquiring new talent for its disc rental business.
