Alcon price target raised to $100 from $95 at Stifel

Stifel raised the firm’s price target on Alcon to $100 from $95 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. Q1 results were “solid,” with incremental forex impacts suppressing a “nice” FY24 constant currency growth guidance raise on both sales and EPS, the analyst tells investors. The better-than-expected Q1 results should raise confidence in the durability of Alcon’s business, the analyst added.
