Jefferies analyst Chris Counihan upgraded AkzoNobel to Buy from Hold with a price target of EUR 79, up from EUR 72. The analyst found average Dulux paint prices are near 10-month-highs and that product listings are increasing. Both are supportive of Akzo’s Deco Paints sales progression, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
