Airbus CEO Guillaume Faury told Reuters it is “not unlikely” that the company acquires control of two U.S. and U.K. facilities run by Spirit AeroSystems (SPR) if Boeing (BA) proceeds with plans to purchase the company. Faury noted, however, that it was up to the U.S. planemaker to fine-tune its intentions, Reuters’ Tim Hepher notes.
