Compass Point analyst Giuliano Bologna raised the firm’s price target on Affirm to $20 from $13 and keeps a Sell rating on the shares. The firm, which is updating its model and estimates, is “encouraged” by what it views as Affirm’s market leading position in the BNPL sector and ability to manage credit performance despite strong growth, but add that it is “difficult to overlook the current valuation.”
