RBC Capital analyst Ken Herbert raised the firm’s price target on AeroVironment to $165 from $160 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares after hosting talks with its management. The company remains very confident in its top-line outlook, seeing several structural shifts in demand, the analyst tells investors in a research note. RBC adds that AeroVironment is in position to substantially increase output with little capital investment, and it sees competitive moat for the company “remaining large”.
