General Electric (GE) and L3Harris (LHX) are among suitors seeking to acquire Aerojet Rocketdyne (AJRD), Reuters’ Mike Stone and David Carnevali report, citing people familiar with the matter. Textron (TXT) and private equity firm Veritas Capital are also aiming to buy Aerojet, which has a market value of roughly $4B, which has been running a process to sell itself after its $4.4B sale to Lockheed Martin (LMT) was blocked by antitrust regulators in February, the authors note.
