AerCap reported major Q1 business transactions: signed 82 lease agreements, including 6 widebody aircraft, 40 narrowbody aircraft, 26 engines and 10 helicopters; completed 21 purchases for 13 aircraft, 6 engines and 2 helicopters; completed 49 sale transactions for 35 aircraft, for 13 engines and 1 helicopter; repurchased approximately 4.3 million shares, at an average price of $77.89 per share, for a total of approximately $336M; signed financing transactions for approximately $1.6B.
