Advent Technologies sells 10M shares at 20c in registered direct offering

Advent Technologies announced that it has entered into securities purchase agreements with institutional and accredited investors to purchase 10M shares of common stock in a registered direct offering at a per share purchase price of 20c, resulting in gross proceeds of $2M. The transaction is expected to close on or about December 27, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
