ADT Inc. increases quarterly cash dividend 57% to 5.5c per share

ADT Inc. has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 5.5c per share, payable on April 4 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 14. The quarterly dividend represents a 57% increase over the previous quarterly dividend.
