ADDvantage announced that it will effect a 1-for-10 reverse stock split of its common stock, $0.01 par value per share, where every ten issued and outstanding shares of common stock will be converted into one share of common stock. The reverse stock split is expected to take effect as of 12:01 a.m., Eastern Time, on November 16.
