Addus HomeCare price target lowered to $105 from $110 at Stephens

Stephens lowered the firm’s price target on Addus HomeCare to $105 from $110 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares after the company delivered “strong” Q3 financial performance. From the policy side, the firm thinks the final version of CMS’ “disruptive” proposed HCBS rule is still likely waiting until the first half of 2024.
